Founder of Babies Bellies shares her experience:
Despite having 4 kids; ages 14yrs, 6 yrs, 4 yrs and 3 yrs, I managed to maintain my figure especially my tummy due to my trust in pre & post natal massage and taking healthy food during my confinement period. My weight during pregnancy fluctuated between 72 to 75kg (about 20 kg above the normal weight). Due to the immediate post natal massage after every delivery, I managed to reduce my weight from 75kg (Pregnancy weight) to 58kg approximately after 3-4 mths.
With this positive experience, she decided to set up Babies Bellies (BB) Javanese Massage & Spa with certified masseurs with many years of experience to help mothers experience the wellness / feeling good that resulted from a trim figure / appearance. BB not only provides pre & post natal massage, tummy trimming treatment, ginger wrap, facial, pedicure & manicure other spa services but free advice / guidance to mothers on how to maintain their figure and minimize the tummy flabbiness after delivery. In addition, we are affiliated to certified and licensed Chinese nannies and Chinese confinement meals. Babies Bellies is a one stop service centre for any services related to pre & post pregnancy needs.

The massage helped to relax my body and heal me physically. Therapist Kam’s sharing of advice helped me deal with post-natal issues, esp on maintaining a svelte figure after pregnancy. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The Javanese wraps were very comfortable and helped to reduce my tummy just after 2 sessions! My hubby, being one of the key carer of our newborn in the initial days of delivery was treated to a day of my 7 days Massage pckg thanks to BB flexi plan to share the pckg with our loved ones. He enjoyed the massage. BB, highly recommended to all new parents!

"This is my second child delivery and it's the first time I experienced a c-section. During the first day of my confinement, I experienced excruciating muscle pain and backache which gave me sleepless nights. Hence, I decided to call up BB on the 3rd day of my confinement to enquire about a possible massages to address my aches and pains. Ally assured me on the safety of having massage even with C-section. I immediately took up a 7 day course; a 2-day body massage to ease my aches and pain and the remaining 5 days are catered for my post natal, which was done after my one month confinement. The overall massage experience was fantastic and I didn't experience any discomfort or side effect at all."
